1st Line Support Role for Time & Attendance SaaS based platform
Job description
HFX is a leading UK SME that delivers cloud‑based Workforce Management solutions to more than 400 organisations across the United Kingdom. From our headquarters in Letchworth, our 35‑strong team of driven, flexible and collaborative specialists designs, implements and supports the market’s most advanced time‑and‑attendance, scheduling and access‑control software.
As part of the AdvancedAdvT Limited group of companies, we combine the agility and customer focus of an SME with the resources and long‑term vision of a larger organisation—ensuring every client receives innovative technology, expert guidance and outstanding service.
Our Culture:
Our colleagues work hard and often take on additional roles and responsibilities within the organisation to support the mission of our business.
They do what is required to ensure success and it is this culture that delivers again and again. However, within that, colleagues work in an informal, collaborative environment with a flat management structure.
There is no formal dress code (except when meeting customers) and an open environment where colleagues can be open and transparent to management and in the same vein, management are open with colleagues.
Mistakes happen at all levels and we accept and support colleagues so long as they report it immediately, take ownership and learn the lessons. Our approach to management is one of empowerment and accountability rather than micromanagement. Our colleagues, often with long service have huge experience, knowledge, and skill.
This high degree of competence means that policies and formal training are limited but joiners are able to rely on the support and advice of a strong pool of talent. We encourage curiosity and questioning to further understanding or to ensure the right decisions are made.
Our Values:
The key value of HFX is Simplify. We endeavour to simplify all that we do, from product development, configuration, product usability and HCI as well as support, and sales/finance functions. The value of simplify is that it improves productivity and efficiency and allows HFX to do more with less and these cost savings make us even more competitive in the market (Our product can be implemented for 80% less time/money than a comparable product/functionality).
Timeline:
We will be contacting successful candidates on the 27/05/2025 to arrange an in person interview.
